i am raj living in hyderabad recently i received fine challans through post for not wearing helmet while driving my motorcycle. that was a false challan made by the police because i always wear helmet while i ride around the city. the challan on my bike comes only from one police station only but not others the amount of challan is increasing day by day while the poice web site dose not show any evidence or photo of mine whithout helmet driving i even took this matter before the authorities but there is no answer. please advice.

you can issue a legal notice to the DGP of Police challenging and disputing the challans. If no proper action is taken, you can file a petition for direction before the High Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the same.
