Sir i am selected as bank po job.. i was Challaned for helmet ...but i paid the fine in court.. not to police ... now when i applied for this job ..in application form there was a line ..whether any fine/conviction/sentence against you has been awarded by any court of law for any offense ? i answered as no. because i forgot the fine paid by me....now what should i do ..is it serious or is there any solution ..because there will be police verification ..plz sir help me

It may get termed as minor indiscretion and not a matter of moral turpitude.

thanxx sir...but should i answer it in attestation form by yes or no ?..means should i mention it that i paid the fine in court of law ??

Show the attestation form and order by court/receipt of fine paid/challan etc to your able counsel specializing in labor-service matters!
