Position of the land after the sale deed.

i have bought 3 arces of land in 2013. The land owner are not giving me land position. they are saying we need to survey the land first and give you the position. they are doing the same thing from Aug 2013 the day i got registered from them. even today they are saying the same thing. (need to do the survey)
q1 how should i get me position as per the sale deed.?
q2.in my sale deed it is very clearly the land sketch of the land is give with the dimension?

If your case that you have a registered sale deed in your favour and there is a sketch of the property, and if the document recites that possession is granted, and if you have got the property mutated in your name (patta), then get a possession certificate from revenue authorities after paying land tax and then you have to simply enter and put boundary fencing. Let the erstwhile owner go to court if he has any complaints. In case that is not possible, you can file a suit for demarcation of boundary against the adjacent owners after getting official revenue formalities done as above. Are the adjacent properties owned by the person who sold his land to you ? Consult a good civil lawyer locally.
