Possession of property from bank

Sir / madam good morning. To all Lci
I have purchased property in bank auction. Defaulter in possesdion of property Got sale confirmed letter from bank and it has been registered in sub register. Banker got eviction order but manager telling go yourself take possession. He is not coming. For this what I need to do.
1. To execute DC order where I need to approach Legaly.?
2. Defaulter Can get stay order for DC order. ?
3. If he got stay what I need to do ?
4. Banker can file caveat . Not to give stay.

Viru in the same court where the property is located.
2) Yes in full fill his liability by paying the amount.
3) You can recover that amount from the bank.
4) Now u can file caveat to avoid the stay order.

Try to get the property vacated as per orders with the help of local police.
If not succeed, discuss with your lawyer, claim damages from Bank.

You have posted that:

Banker should act.
Convince him and if he does not, record his response.
Try to Approach higher officials and ask the banker to act.
Your own good money is involved.

Please confirm whether you have signed on any of the documents regarding taking possession of the property or not?

Sir as u advised I took physical possession. But defaulter took water tank and motor. Doors gate of the house. And damaged to house. They came with huge numbers of persons police and bank official took some bribe may be from defaulter to support. Take all items.
Now should I spend on the home for renovation. ?
Its registered to my name ?
again he have chances of getting property back. ?
