yes, it is possible by giving a paper notification in atleast 2 vernacular dailies in the city where the properties are situated.

sir,
thankyou for the reply but i want to know that attorney which is registerd in india
can be revoke from america in presence of high commision of india . without coming to india .

NRI can give gpa signed before the competent authorities to indian resident similarly, he can revoke the same and give you notice to that effect.

GPA is not a gift deed or a sale deed. it is his sweet desire how much time he wants to make you his "trustee". If he wants to revoke it, can do without asking you.

I agree with the view of raj kumar makkad.

If the GPA is registered in India then his presence is required to revoke the registered GPA. However, I am not too sure since I haven't come across such a situation. I think the best way is to contact the local registration office in your city.

The GPA is only to look after the proerty , there is no other authority or rigth created by prinicipal in favour of GPA -

it can be revokd at any time

I agree with Mr Raj K makkad and Mr Vishal

A Notice to GPA is suffcient to terminate the GPA

termination of Regd GPA , is reuired to be cancelled by endorsement on the Registerd entries in the SRO Office

However the Principal can terminte the GPA by giving notice to his Agent and by publication for the notice of Genral Public

After receiving the Notice of termination GPA , GPA can not act up on the GAP !

ALL EXPLAINED WELL, ACCORDING TO YOUR CONVENIENT YOU SHOULD ENDORSE THE REGISTRATION CANCELED IN SRO
