Powers of Attorney are very powerful documents and should only be given after careful consideration to individuals that are completely trustworthy. It is wise to leave them in your lawyers vault so they cannot be accessed by the Attorney(s) until you want them released. It is important to understand that Powers of Attorney are capable of being used as soon as they are signed.
Because a Power of Attorney is effective until death (unless it is earlier revoked) and a Will is effective on and after death, it is advisable to have a Will and Powers of Attorneys.

Will is advisable, POA will not work after the death of the principal.

POA has no value after death f the Principal.
Better execute Will OR gIFT DEED.

We on principle have decided not to reply anonymous query. The author may mention any name but a ' name' must be there.
Here ' we ' means most of the experts who regularly appear here and help various queriests including me .

"Please take this sportively."
u will realise it's seriousness when Querist start insulting, abusing, fooling and cheating you experts, and u get anoid.
It had happened many a time with top experts.
Though we may not know true identity, we can check his past history/ pattern of Queries, If once he ask Query as Husband, and next Query as if he is Wife, ans so on.
This practice had helped a lot, and u r here with peace.
So our policy should be maintained strictly to be respectable Experts here.
No one should slap us here and get away in dark.
What is secrecy here??
Those cases are excused too. but not all.
So Anonymous Queries must not be replied.
