Dear Sir/Madam,
a person executed agreement to sell cum irrevocable power of attorney with respect to immoveable property to other person to execute sale deed in 6 months. can a person has power to revoke the power of attorney within 6 months. if revokeable then support with relevent case laws.
Kindly revert the above query as soon as possible.
Your question is not specific. An agreement to sell is a contract between the seller and the buyer. It cannot be a POA for other person to sell the property within six months. Both need to be different deeds.
The power of attorney if it includes an agreement to sell can be revoked only in terms of that agreement.
