I need some advice related to POA .. My mother in good faith had given POA to one of her elder brother.. Now he has misused the POA and has registered some part of property jointly owned by my mother.
My mother feel very cheated and is completely shattered. Not for the fact that she lost some property but due to the lost trust factor.
Is it possible to cancel the changes he has done using POA? Please suggest.

When power granted, its use or misuse has no relevance for the principal who executed power of attorney. Your mother can't do anything now. Rest depends upon the terms of POA, which you may get examined from some local lawyer.

It would be better if the expert would have posted / contributed for the thread rather to go on posting just to satisfy his ego / irritation / frustration.
Forum would not gain anything from comments by experts on other experts / contributors.
