If you start your carreer as an advocate, it will take some time to reach your current earnings. If you are ready to wait till such time, you can switch your field.
But, my suggestion is be happy in your current job.

Perfect opinion by Advocate Arunagiri. You may have to sacrifice substantial part of your present earnings of every month till you make a strong base in practice.

Yes, agree with experts ,after some time come back as an advocate is difficult but not impossible.
You have involved in serving as telecom sector but in advocate as a profession it will take some time also you have to extra back born (financial support ).
Take a decision with cool mind.

I welcome you to the legal profession. If you are dedicated to become a good lawyer, leave your present job and enroll as an advocate. Forget about immediate income. Select a branch of law, which is interesting to you. Attend courts handling such cases. Find a good lawyer and try to join with him or in a good law firm. Hard- work, sincerity to profession and honesty will definitely give you rewards. Best of luck.
