Now I am feeling very much I can negotiate the amount but I didnt. later I noticed other customers are negotiated the amount and they settled.
Now I have any chance to negotiate.

Lok Adalat can not force you to pay the amount. However if you visit and both of you reach to a amicable settlement , it shall have enforcing affect.
So I will advise you to go there and negotiate with them. it is a good opportunity for you to do that.

Mr. Ramanathan,
Since you have already signed agreement, now it all depends upon the bank's discretion to agree or disagree for renegotiation. Most probably, the bank will not agree for the lesser than the agreed amount in the wake of agreement already entered in to.
So, better approach the bank authorities to find out if there is any scope for you.
