Being an investigation officer ,all evidences are closed and have to submit charge-sheet before the concern court but accused sale off all his immovable property and address proof house and resides somewhere unknown place .
Can warrant non-bailable .82 cr.pc ,83 cr.pc be issued of his old address proof house by concern court .Pl. tell me the exact procedure for submitting charge sheet and declaring him abscond offender .

The court can at any point of time before start of trial declared the absconding officer as Proclaimed Offender.

Invoking section 82 & 83 of Criminal Procedure Code at the old address of the accused is the only remedy in the given facts. Get such orders issued against him.
