1. The fastest way to close 498 case filed against me
2. The case is running in lower court/session court, can I close it in High court.

There is no magic wand to close the case at the drop of a hat. The HC will quash the case pending in the trial court only if it is convinced that the same is an abuse of the process of law. Therefore, nothing conclusive can be said unless the FIR is seen.

1) The fastest way to close the case is to contest it fittingly.
2) Yes, you can file an application u/s482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the FIR.

closing of the case is not a one way traffic. when you go to the high court u/s 482 cr.pc for a quash petition, there has to be cogent reasons support of the prayer.
