Procedure to post SLP before constitution bench

What is the procedure to get the SLP against the order of Writ Appeal of HC posted before the constitution bench.

Is there any eligibility criteria for such posting in terms of question of law.

Can every matters which are res integra be posted before five judge bench.

Please enlighten.

No body can get any SLP posted before any specific bench.
All one has to do is to file the SLP. It is the Registrar who will arrange to post the matter before appropriate bench. If the bench feels that the matter should be posted before the Constitution Bench, then it will refer the matter to the CJI to do the needful.
The litigant/petitioner has no role to play in these things.
