Hello,
I wanna marry a girl who is from same gotta. But she is a very far relative of mine. No link between the family only becoz of having same gotra will it effect us in future. She is also 2years older to me.plz help me with this am trying to convince her family

Both the families consider having same gotra means to be cousins. Brother and sister. Am not getting anything in my mind how to resolve this and what to do next.
