'A' delivered a fixed deposits receipt worth Rs.10 lakhs to a Banker across the counter and obtained a loan, 'A' died leaving his widow who is also the nominee for he value of the fixed deposit. Discuss the rights of the widow agianst the Banker.

pl give reference answer .

the depositor who was mentioned nominee in the form of deposit application, they can obtain otherwise the widow get heir certificate from the court

I think Mr. Babu is posting here the questions that are being asked in the LL.B. examination. He has to study the relevant law as per his college syllabus wherein the answer is available to the pointed query.

Yes. Obviously he is posting questions from his law syllabus. Instead he should study the subject himself and find the answers. This would go a long way in gaining valuable legal knowledge.
