Dear respected seniors..

Good afternoon..

sir i want know info about when traffic police seized a motor vehicle at same time they were seized a document with cash (around Rs 50,000/-) and mobile accessories i can release my tata sumo but they are not giving money which they are seized, when i asked them my money they are telling ur money is submitted to court like this...

so my question is what is the procedure to get my money return & what is the process to get my money please advise me..

They might have not shown money in recovery papers of sizer.Might have shared between.

You should obtain the recovery memo from the police and should make written complaint to the senior police officers so that fuilty police officers may be 'seized'.
