Property registration after father and brother expired

My father and alone brother has been expired and my mother given me will , in my favour of her share in property .
My brother done 2 marriage . 1st is not stayed with us since last 20 years without divorsed and not any son/ daughter and 2nd is illegal wife have a son.
waht is the right of both 2 women in my father property as how i can registed this property in my name.

The share of your brother will devolve on the illegal son.You can make a family settlement and get it registered.

Yes!Even illegitimate children does have succession right but not illegitimate wife.

How i can go ahead to registered this house in my name ?-
1) MY MOTHER WILL - MAKE ON STAMP PAPER
AND REGISTERED WITH REGISTRAR OFFICE .
and
2 ) My brother wife share pay to her on cheques and mention this amount in stamp paper and registered with registrar office
or
in addition of above 1& 2 , further reqired to both ( my mother and my brother wife also present in the office of Registrar , when i will registered this house in my name. is it essentail to my brother wife present and signed any documents , because if i paid all amount to her , then she will turn or demand more money , that why i am asking you.

Your mother may gift the property to you. We presume that the property was self acquired by your father. You can have sale deed registered from first wife of your brother and sale deed from the son from illegitimate wife.

I am unable to understand why sale deed is requires. If there are no sale is made , it is matter of legal heir, payment.
PL. also suggest me , sale deed is differ , if a documents perpare in stamp paper and every things are written on the stamp paper every things are very clear and get registered this stamp paper in registrar office .
The above doucments is not a valid documents or sale deed is require any how other wise there are no ahuthenticity of registered stamp paper.
( my brother wife and her son ) , She want to left this house before they demand to pay some reasonable amount ( her share as per law ).if still sale deed is requires , The 2nd wife son is just 5 years old then who will sign in his behalf.
i have no issue to make sale deed or other documents, because i am ready to pay her son share , but need any things should be on black and white paper. please reply as soon as possible.
