My grand mother in death of 10 years. my grand mother property has transfer to my grand father, my father & my Uncle in Madhya pradesh state property act. please information me this is rule are here.

being a legal heirs of ur grandmother, your grandfa, your father and uncle have got equal rights in the property of your grandma.

Ya all the three have equal share in the property. It is also written in Sec. 14 of Hindu Succession Act, 1956.
