(Querist) 29 September 2009 This query is : Resolved
If child is given in adoption, then they have right in earlier parents property or can claim only new parents property.
adv. rajeev ( rajoo ) (Expert) 29 September 2009
In my opinion if child is given in adoption he looses his rights in the properties of parents. But decisions have come he can claim in both the properties of parents and new parents.
I will you send the PM regarding the rulings.

claim only new parents property.
Sukhija (Expert) 29 September 2009
right of child in property by birth will dwell upon the child even if he is given in adoption to another family.
the adopted child will also have to share property with other members as per their rt by birth in their undivided family.
