Property share from father

Hi, we are four brothers they are staying at my native me in bangalore. after my mother exipired they use to say to we will share.

one brother was brain washed my father not to share part of property. becasue all the cash documents, gold and land doc with him.

how can i get that property. pleae advice on this the process

A female's property will be inherted by her husband & 4 sons in 5 equal share.

Furnish full details of the property - who owns? whether it is ancestral or ur father's or mother's self acquisition etc, so that proper guidance can be given.
