Dear Sir,
In continuation to my earlier query, I have one another issue that I live on the second floor. My cousin's Family resides at 1st Floor and Ground floor. Due to dispute they are now not paying property tax of their floors in which they resides...but we want to pay the property tax of 2nd floor on which we resides. sir, plz what we could do as property is combined by three floor. so can we pay property tax of mine floor only, so that we could save us from future fines from MCD.
is the property tax rules allows us to pay property tax of separate floor.

post your queries in same thread . if property taxes are being paid regularly make an application to Asst commissioner Assessment department for individual property taxes bill . for assesses who pay taxes promptly this facility is offered . in your case property tax for your residential property is not paid on time . for defaulters this scheme is not applicable

thanks...sir, but in my case we(ground + Ist floor + IInd floor) have paid property taxes on time till last year on time.... and we are not defaulters.but from dis year we want to pay only of our(IInd floor)bill coz we have disputes with our relatives of ground and Ist floor...and i am sure they will not pay their dues as property was of grandfathers property.
so.as per your advise, we will send a application to asst. commissioner Assessment department for Individual (IInd floor) property tax.
Also plz advise that my grand father had died last year now we dont knw whether they had made the will or not...if yes then how can we get one copy.as m sure that my uncle resides at grand floor has the real copy but they will not give us copy.

did your garnd father during his life time mention about making of any will . if he has not mentioned of preparatoon of any will and your relatives did not furnish any copy of alleged will to relatives then better apply for succession certifcate before the court for the properties of your grand father
