Property tax - pune

If some one uses a residential house property for the purpose of any permitted business say C. A. or An Architect etc. Is the property assessable for Property Tax Under Residential or Commercial?

If Commercial and under mistake it has been assessed as Residential, what is the remedy?

Such place is required to be assessed under commercial property and if it has been assessed under residential category, a representation can be made to the department and accordingly difference of tax can be paid.

Represent the concerned department and offer to pay the difference of property tax as the property should be assessed as commercial.
