sir, i have given an information about land enchrochment to tahsildar now who involved in this illegal activities are tring to hurt me.
what can i do now?
what prentive action should be taken by me
for the safety of my family
please raply urgently

there is no guarantee of safety for whatever actions.

still you may write a letter to the dist supt of police,chief vigilance commissioner etc a with a copy to the local panchayath about the threat and your apprehensions.

Are u the oner of the land or its a govt land.If it is govt land ur task is over. he will not hurt u his main intention is to grab the land not to hurt u.by hurting u or ur family he will be trouble.call 9422773303 for tips.

1.YOU MAY FILE A POLICE COMPLAINT TO THE NEAREST POLICE STATION WHERE THE THE THREAT WAS GIVEN TO YOU ,AGAINST THE SAID PERSON WHO IS THREATENING YOU GIVE HIS NAME AND ADDRESS.BY MENTIONING THE EXACT DATE TIME AND PLACE OF THREAT GIVEN AND ACTUAL ABUSES MADE AND ALSO MENTION TWO PERSONS AS WITNESSES.

AND ALSO SEND A COPY TO THE DIST SUPDT OF POLICE FOR TAKING PREVENTIVE ACTION.
YOUR PURPOSE WILL BE SERVED.
YOU MAY ALSO FILE A COMPLAINT TO THE COURT DIRECTLY BY MENTIONING ALL THESE FACTS
