Please tell me that the minimum number employees for the provident fund to be applicable to a company is 20 or there is any change in that?

there is no change. Minimum number is 20 right.

you are correct as per the EPF act minimum is 20, but if the company or firm need to help the employee by way of EPf then go by voluntary coverage
