Hello there,
I am running a website and publishing interviews on the website...I want to know whether I can publish interview that have been taken on some other website?? I have taken permission from the interviewer...Does Interviewer has the rights or interviewee should also agree to it??

Interviewer has no right to give such permission. Only the concerned website owner has such right.

Get permission from the person who got the interview / web owner.

Thanks for ur quick reply..I forgot to mention that the website owner and interviewer are the same person and they have given me permission, now can i publish it or i need permission from interviewee too because images and everything on internet are copyryt as soon as it is published...

I am owner of www.starsclub.co and takes interviews of talented person around the globe...www.sangkrit.net is also in the same business...I have taken permission from owner and interviewer of www.sangkrit.net...They are international interviews...Now can I publish those interviews as well or I need to take permission from the interviewee as well...Because I will be using interviewee photo as well (and they are copyrighted, so do i need to take separate permission) or permission from interviewer can serve my purpose

Thanks for ur replies...Sir are you sure no international laws apply to them?? Because people may go on selling the interviews in such case??? Interviewee can be defamed if the website publishing the interview is not renowned???

Publishing of the interviews already published if not done with any malafide intention causing injury to the fame and reputation of the interviewee, and if it is done on a good notion, it may not attract any penal provision either with local or international law. Take precautions while republishing the same.
