what is the qualification required for getting the degree know as commissioner of income tax, assitant commissioner of income tax or any higher post.please help me with the process step by step & if any notice available please forward it to me.

To uphold the posts mentioned in your query you need to appear for the Union Public Service Commission exam which is held for selection of IAS, IPS, IRS etc...The qualification is you must be atleast a graduate but a higher qualification is desirable since persons from professional stream like Doctors, Engineers, Advocates, CA's etc... to appear for the same. The exam is conducted in two parts called the prelims and mains. You need to pass the prelims to qualify for the mains. On passing both the exams and based on the cut off percentage of marks you will be called for further tests, if qualified. The exams are tough and rigorous training is required since it involves important position in the government. You need to see the notifications regularly to apply.

Mr. Pratik! It is better if your visit the site of UPSC or purchase some books for the preparation of such examinations being conducted by UPSC every year as cited by you.
