AFTER ARGUMENT CAN A PLAINTIFF FILE EXPERT`S REPORT BEFORE COURT?

yes in the interest of justice court can grant the plaintiff to submit the experts report on an application on the pretext that the expert's report could not be placed on record with due dilligence.

If the expert's report was not allowed by the court earlier then the court is not bound to pay any heed to such report.
