DEAR SIR,

WHAT IS THE PROVISION AND PROCEDURES WHEN
A GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY (GPA) IS HELD ON THE NAME OF MORE THAN ONE PERSON AND AMONGST THEM ONE DIES..

WHETHER GPA CAN BE DEEMED VOID AB INITIO IN SUCH CASE.

KINDLY PROVIDE ME APPROPRIATE JUDGMENT IN THIS REGARDS, IF ANY.

you have to go through the clauses of POA . generally on death of person giving power of attorney then holder can no longer act on his behalf after his death . you dont need judgement
