Wife is having the video proof to show her husband's illegal contact and filed a DV case in related to it.

1) How does the arguments proceed in court on this?

If husband denies and wife shows extra proofs to support her claim then

AFTER THE PLEADINGS ARE COMPLETE, THE MATTER WOULD BE PUT FOR EVIDENCE, DURING WHICH YOU CAN PRODUCE THIS VIDEO.

If husband denies and wife shows extra proofs to support her claim then
EXTRA PROOFS ARE ADMISSIBLE ONLY WHEN THE SAME WAS NOT AVAILABLE WITH THE PARTY DURING HIS/ HER EVIDENCE.

2) how it will treated by the court? and what kind of judgements will be expected?
IF THE PROOFS ARE GENUINE AND ADMISSIBLE THEN THE COURT WOULD ACCEPT IT AND JUDGEMENT WOULD BE IN YOUR FAVOR ONLY. HOWEVER FOR FORGED EVIDENCE, PROSECUTION AGAINST YOU WOULD BE INITIATED.
