Hi,
There is an old lady who is 65 years old and asking ransom from me if I want to sell my own row house. She abuses each and every estate agent and customer coming to see the row house.
She files fake complaints to the police station that I abuse her and they call me after every now and then as the senior PI of Bharati Police station, Pune is her relative and I stay in the same area
I have all the proofs i.e. audios, videos, photos that she is asking for ransom and I have also engaged a lawyer to start a criminal case against her.
Can I file a case in the Supreme court directly on this as I have 11 proofs and at least 7 eye witnesses?
My name is Pankaj Kulkarni and stay in Pune

You will have to a write a detailed police complaint to local police station.
The copy of the same complaint along with covering letter write and dispatch to higher official.
After few days if no action is taken by the police. Approach the magistrate court and file a complaint u/s 156 iii c.r.p.c.
Supreme Court will not entertain you first you will have to clear the hierarchy to reach supreme Court.

At the outset give a police complaint regarding the same and wait for the outcome.Supreme Court is a long long way.

You can not go directly to Supreme Court. If police is not hearing to your complaint file complaint with the Magistrate.

Thank you, I have already appointed a lawyer to file the case locally. Wanted to check whether I could directly go to SC as I don't want waste time in the process but seems that I have to before I reach there

you are already advised very well how the doubt still persists
"I could directly go to SC as I don't want waste time in the process "
How can you get any remedy without a process.
Even if you go to Supreme Court directly after hefty expenditure you will be to square one and may even get a stricture from Court.
You have to clearly and professionally write complaint describing evidence so that serious non-bailable offence could be brought to notice and that Police is left with no choice but to act.
Be careful Police have a tendancy not to meddle with ladies and Sr Citizen on flimsy matters.
