reconcillation in divorce

Judge send my divorce case in mediation , in adr two chances given but I do not take her back, she still want to come back....my question is that....can I asked to judge not to require mediation now..plz proceed my case........????

Yes, you can ask the judge not to send for mediation again.
If you are wife is willing then you should take this opportunity.
Do not break the marriage in a huff. It takes time to survive a marrriage. Have patience.

Yes you can prey the court not to send the case for mediation again.

It is High Court directive, to get councillor report before hearing Divorce matter.

You must go to Mediator.
You need not consent. Let failure repost goes to court.

If you feel that the mediation is not going to fetch any result you may ask the mediator to send back the file to regular court there is nothing wrong in it. But you may wait for the mediator to send a failure report which will be more easier to tackle the divorce case before the trial court.
