I will be highly obliged if some body tells that What is the precedure of voluntary reconversion of Section 25 Company in to Private Ltd Company so that it can distribute dividend .

What are the form to be filled up and whre to besubmitted.

It is a long procedure and you can verify the Companies Act, 1956 commentary which clearly gives you the procedure of such conversion in detail.

The Act and procedure is silent about the procedure of voluntary reconversion of Section 25 Company into Private Ltd Company .That is the reason this question is asked
