SIR, I HAVE AN ANCESTRAL PROPERTY IN VILLEGE SCIENCE SEVERAL DECADES AND THE MY NAME ALSO ENTERED IN REVENUE AS PATTEDARRECORDS AFTER MY FATHER DEMISE IN 1973, UPTO 1992 WE LIVE ED IN SAID VILLEGAE, HERE SOME ILLEGAL RAYOTS ENCHROCHED MY SAID LANDS THE SAID LANDS WAS NOT SOLD BY ME STILL DATE .I WAS GIVEN A SEVERAL REPRASENTATIONS IN REVENUE THASIDAR OFFICE TO EVICT THE ILLEGAL ENCHROCHERS FROM MY LAND BUT THE SUPARINTENDENT IS NOT FULFILLING MY REPRASENTATION AND HE WAS SUPPORTING THE ILLEGAL ENCHROHERS AND SAYING ME IF YOU CULTIVATE I WILL GIVE PASS BOOKS FOR YOURS LAND OTHER WISE HE MY NOT ISSUE ME MY PATTEDAR PASS BOOKS.I AM IN NEED OF LEGAL OPINION ON THESE MATTER .

Consult an advocate and file a suit for recovery of possession and perpetual injunction. Obtain certifide copies of all the relavant papers from the Revenue Department, where under your claim of owner ship can be proved. Based on those papers, you can file the Suit and will definetly get the releif.

Since when the land is encroached ? What documents or revenue records do you have in support ofyour say ? Do you have VF VII-XII to show that your father or you are/were cultivating the land? And whose names are appearing in the revenue record at present ?Take exrtract of VF VI i.e. record of right showing your name/father name as holder/owner of the land.If names of the encroachers are not appearing anywhere in the record,do not admit their possession and file suit for permanent injunction and declaration.

Respected sir, once G.P.A. Revoked cancelled can it is valid? after cansalization of G.P.A? REGISTRATIONS WAS MADE After revocation of G.P.A. {BY G.P.A. HOLDER. }, & WHAT IS THE TIME LIMITATION FOR PRILIMINARY DECREE ? IN 1992 ONE DECREE WAS GIVEN BY MY NEIGBOUR ,CAN IT IS VALID NOW AT PRESENT? ON LAND MATTER THE DECREE IS FOR DECLARATION OF TITLE AND PERIPETUAL INJENCTION ,CAN IT WILL BE VALID NOW ? KINDLY GIVE ME SUGESSTION ON BOTH MATTERS ,THANKING YOU SIR.
