i issue warrant against my husband in domastic violence recovery case Rs.2,88,000/- on his company address. But he is not now working there and not lived on the address which he provided in court. So what i can do now to get my recovery amount

I file domastic violence case on my husband. result on my side Rs.10,000/- per month sanction for me in 9/9/14. Till date my husband not come in court so i file recovery case for getting this sanction amount but he not coming in court so i take worrand from court and issue by hand and submit in police station. Police report that he is nnot working in company and not presently stay on the address submitted in court. Now he is missing and not come in court. So what i do next for getting my amount as i dont know anything about him. Please help me

I wonder, how you prefer to link Rs.10,000 p.m. with your dv case.

Anyway, take help of some detective to find his whereabouts.
