I am a resident of Mumbai
I wish to start a new business ,Recruitment firm –Helping people with Employment by catering the right candidates to our clients(Organisation).
I would start Catering to clients with nature of business: call centres/Bpo’s/Kpo’s-domestic and international
I would then move into BSFI-Banking Sales Finance Insurance
I would also try to get tie-ups with other organisation{LARGER ,EXPERIENCED And STRONGER}(Recruitment agency) to cater to the various need for the growth of my client base (Increase clients)and also tie-up with smaller organisation to fulfil client needs
In phase two I will also try to caret to need of organisation outside india like Middle east and Uk by helping candidates to clear formalities and interviews!
Please help me with legal procedures and documentations required for the following in reference to the above situation ......
Company formation/registration
Licences required and legal clearance and mandatory enlisting!
Taxing i would be liable to.
Franchise procedures and legal advise centre
Also how to move to phase two from phase one!
