reduction of the auction money

sir in a final digree of civil court the property was purchased by one party at the cost of RS 95 Lankhs.

but the actual value of property is farless the above value.

is there any provision which provides for reduction in the value of the property.

No there is no law. It is the mercy of the court to reduce the rates if satisfied on the application of either party to the suit.
