Sir I Can Purchase a land(4000 Sqr.fit) in 1977 and that time naksha and khasra and pramanikaran was completed my land and same time i can completed my boundary wall thereafter i can also completed my Cimankan of my land , Diversion of my land but after 36 year my neighbour land person was apply for cimankan of there land but patwari come in 15/5/2012 and they say that my land was not in correct position and your are in capture for other land 2847 sqr. fit land of other person. I object to patwari and also submitted the complain to tahsildar for i am already completed my cimankan and diversion of land but patwari submitted their report to tahsildar and my neighbout was come at tahsil office and submitte the case in this patwari report to tahsil court for encroachment of my land at rule -250 bhu adhiniyam.
Now start the case in tahsil office and i can submitted my all the document and my reply but case was hearing and my resposes was also noted in 21/5/2012 but that date not give the other hearing date and i can two to three time come tahsil office to give another hearing date but clerk not give the date thereafter office procedure continue and tahsildar was onesided action taken without my notice in 12/12/12 and case win the my neighbour.
In this win report tahsildar said that the if you complain in cimankan report of your neighbour you can go to higher court if you not refer the case in higher court than tahsil office decided the matter for your land not in correct position you encroachment the land. and same judgement given in SDM court also.
Sir Please give the correct step to solve my problem

Already a period of more than 6 months has passed and it seems that you have not filed the appeal against the impugned order passed by Tehsildar. You are immediately required to file appeal before Collector of your area and obtain stay order against the execution of the impugned order otherwise you shall have to face a lot of trouble.
