Regarding appointment

respected sir,
i am selected as sales tax inspector by mpsc.i am denied appointment as there is a case under information tech.act66a pending against me in lower court.i wish to know can any candidate be denied appointment on the base of allegation only?can i go to adm.tribunal for relief? please suggest.

Have you received any written communication to this effect?

If so, you can approach the Administrative Tribunal.

The settled principle is that the offer of appointment should be kept in abeyance till the court decides the matter.

However, even if acquitted, you may be appointed only if the acquittal is honourable.

sir,sales tax dept.has not conveyed me in written.when i approached them they said it oral. i had applied before court for speedy trial as my appointment is pending due to this case.but lower court has denied saying they are directed to hear old cases giving priority.can higher court give me relief in such situation?

I agree with Mr. Venu's opinion on the subject. The author has no choice than to wait till the court case u/s 66A of IT act is disposed.
