Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 03 October 2011 This query is : Resolved
Dear sir,

I am a freelance IT trainer. I do get telephone calls as well as emails regarding training requirement. I do finish my training assignment, but when it comes payment they delay the payment. I want some Rules and Conditions so that i can get the payment in time or i can charge penalty for late payment. As i am a freelance trainer, i dont have any information about this. Please kindly provide legal help to me, so that my family will not sufer because of late or less payment.

Wish you happy Dasherra!

Thanks in Advance

Did you enter into any agreement on the type of training and the payment and conditions for giving & finishing training the period of payment etc.? Otherwise the emails contact letters agreed upon terms? These things normally plays the important role in answering the question. now itself complete the same by a agreement conforming by e-mail. then proceed.

Learn to make and operate a e-commerce based web payment application. You can do research as best suitable for your requirement. Better you float a IT related consultancy firm. Set your rates. If you are a good Trainer of your field then I suggest leave some loss margins due to bad clients other than any reasons.
It is not difficult to collect promised payments without any external help which may cost more money and huge waste of time. Once you are loaded with expertise to collect your payment buy a Laptop and your business will always be on move in any corner of cities. If you "think" you are new forget the Idea.
It is same for all hard workers (Professionals).
"Your impression as an IT Trainer(Indian)"
