Paying guest is not at all a recognized business. It is only a mutual understanding between the guest and the owner/tenant of the house.

If the number of PG are staying in your house, definitely the neighbors will object.

How you are doing police verification for PG accommodation.

Your similar query has already been well replied. If bye-laws of society do not permit then you cannot keep PG in your house and in that event decision of society is final but if it is otherwise then go to civil court.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 27 August 2011
It all depends upon whether the bylaws of the Society prohibits such business.
Then majority or the minority decision would not cause any difference to such running of business.

i agree with experts, they have correctly advised that all is dependent upon bylaws.
