regarding noc

Sir I m currently working with public sector bank as officer i want to join ssc cgl. is noc is mandatory? As bank may refuse to give noc so what i have to do mention in cgl form that I m working or not. kindly suggest.

Your question, "is noc is mandatory" has no relevance. You should have read the terms & conditions of ssc.cgl prescribed for its joining.
