Regarding non receipt of my dd applied alongwith tender

Hi,

I need your valuable suggestions to proceed in my company matter.

My company had applied for a online tender 2 years back in Tamil nadu. Neither the tender was given to us nor they revert the Demand draft back till date.

Number of times we called and 2-3 times also write them for reverting our DD back. As without getting back back wont release our money.

Kindly suggest whether i should proceed using RTI or what other kind of legal options i have to proceed against them for getting back the DD.

First Write a Letter to Them, Respective Person, Make Two Copy, Get Both Stamped Signed From Respective Person.
Keep One Copy With You.
After That Only You Can Take Legal Action.
State Full Detail in That Letter Like Timeperiod, & All.
Mention Notice Period.
After That You May Go For Legal Action.

well as am already state... my company is in delhi...so its not possible to get stamped..will forward a detail complaint through speed post.

what is the amount of DD? issue legal notice and file suit for recovery of your DD amount . i presume DD was encashed

Please provide the following information:

1) What was the estimated cost of the project shown in the tender motice?

2) What amount you had to remit through DD along with the tender?

3) When you say that you had submitted the tender online, what was the mode of delivery of the DD to the authorities?

4) Did you receive any acknowledgment of the tender or the official receipt of money remitted through DD?
