Dear Lawyers expert,
I gave Rs. 2,00,000 amount to my friend for his loan repayment 4 years back. For that, he signed and gave me in the 20 rupes bond paper that he will be able to pay 2,00,000 amount within one year.but when ever i ask him about my amount- he is telling that i will pay you sure - but same statement past 4 years. Currently he is working as permanent employee in Goverment office as assistant. Could you please guide me anything we can do leggally for this? also, kindly guide me which court is best to get a better solution? how many years this case might go.? please advise. thanks in advance..

The loan is 4 years old, Have you got any acknowledgement of liability in the previous three years, if so send legal notice followed by suit for recovery.

Now you can not recover the loan amount legally as it has been time barred.

From your query it appears that it is a time barred claim, hence in my opinion you can do nothing legally to recover loan money from him.

he paid the loan amount to bank. bez i gave him personally and did agreement with him.. is there way to recover the amount from him legally.? Which court is best for me cost wise to proceed the case if possible ?
