Forget about the PAN card. You can withdraw your PF.
You can apply for reissue of PAN card with corrected name.

Thanx for the reply.
So it will not create any problem in withdrawing my PF.Actually sir in my 10th,12th marksheet,PAN Card,Aadhar Card,Voters ID Card my name is RINNY.But in my graduation it is Rinny Wadhawan and in bank account it is RINNY Wadhawan.I also have a affidavit of court that i am changing my name from rinny wadhawan to rinny.

As per your posting ,your name has been changed to Rinny Wadhwan by way of an affidavit and accordingly Graduation certificate and bank account has been made. The employee particulars as per Pf database is also the same.
In that case , while filling up the PAN application which is any way after qualifying your Graduation exam, you must have indicated that the name you would like to be mentioned in the PAN Card is Rinny .So, the card is issued like this. But as per PAN data base your full name will be still there and would not cause any problem in PF withdrawal. However, you are free to get the name in the PAN Card amended/ corrected in your full name by filing a correction application.

You can apply to amend the name in PAN card.
In case of need submit sworn affidavit that both are name of same person or with any other language department want.
