Dear Arunagiri Sir
So it will not create any problem in withdrawing my PF.Actually sir in my 10th,12th marksheet,PAN Card,Aadhar Card,Voters ID Card my name is RINNY.But in my graduation it is Rinny Wadhawan and in bank account it is RINNY Wadhawan.I also have a affidavit of court that i am changing my name from rinny wadhawan to rinny.

Submit the affidavit with covering letter under proper acknowledgment to employer to effect the change.
Visit PRO/APFC in nearest PF office to understand the procedure.
Likewise you may update the name in all docs, if required.

For changing the name you have to follow some procedures, court affidavit is not enough.
Your query is lacking info.
You say that school certificates say Rinny,
You say that your degree certificate say Rinny Wadhawan.
Now you want to change your name as Rinny. Have you completed the formalities for change the name Rinny to Rinny Wadhawan?

For change of name the process will be deemed to be completed only when it is published in a government gazette, which may prove useful for many purposes including application for passport or for taking a government employment.
