Can someone pursue two degree at a time one is private and other is regular ?
Both r valid or not ?
If not then which one is valid?

Private means correspondence? Nothing illegal. Both are valid.

Sir I purse simultaneously B.A(private from kanpur university )(2015-2018 )and Bsc (regular from lucknow university) (2016-2019) from different university.
It means both are valid.

Yes.Regular course and correspondence course at the same time are allowed.

Proposal for two degrees at the same time is in progress and has not been approved by University Grant Commission, Under the circumstances it is doubtful both degrees would be eligible.

Hlw Sir In my case BA private from Kanpur university (2015-2018) and BSc. Regular from Lucknow university (2016-2019) which one i used BA or BSc . Can i use only one degree or both are invalid ?

You are welcome may revert in case of any further information on the query.

Chances can be there that both degrees are valid, as advised, send RTI to University Grant commission / concerned university.
