Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 19 November 2010 This query is : Resolved
Respected sir,

Former gujarat home minister amit shah surender their self after filing charg sheet and CBI present amit shah to cbi court and at that time cbi did not demand remand of amit shah and amit shah also did not demand for bail. After that Court sent him judicial coustudy. After on hearing CBI demand remand and court approve Amit shah remand.
So my question is that if one time CBI produce Amit shah in the court section 167(2) provision is over and investigation agency duty is over so how is CBI get amit shah remand and on which section of crpc?
