I have a fear factor that I may have to return to my current job if I didn't sucessed in my current future plans.. Or is there any other ways to get leaves for one or two years.. I have strong family problems.. I could not go to my current job due family circumstances.. Please please guide me.. It's urgent

Then what about the option of leave without pay for one or two years in govt job..
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 23 July 2016
only if you are permitted to go on leave without pay then you can think of so. If no such leave is granted then there will be action for unauthorized absence which may result in dismissal or lesser penalty. If dismissed you are debarred for all jobs.
