That is the present stage of the Judicial officers. The reasons as I understood from my 3 years experience is lack of training. Give intensive training both in law and behaviour. The abnormal behaviour is due to lack of knowledge, ego, class conflict, language efficiency, lack of understanding, family problem, finacial problem, lack of iq, mental perversion, perveted inteligence, immatuarity etc. The High Court can take steps like Kerala is doing. There is intensive training to all level. Still there are some who escape from the filteration due to pedigree problems, pervertions, mental sickness, immorality, dishonesty, but must say a very few under watch by the HC. They cannot be changed even by high court or supreme court not even by God - but they send to intrude into this noble world to and enter into the tebple of justice to create how far the Sathan can work on it. My dear friend You go to High Court You may get relief. Still we hope in judiciary. .

I agree with K.C.Suresh sir.. Lack of experience is an important term for a judicial officer.. Experience give knowledge on procedure and patience

i agree this is lack of experience or behavioural abnormality and u know absolute power corrupts absolutely so there must be a check on the power. And there are instances that when High court has been complained or told of their rude behaivour they pay heed to this and i dont see they will certainly change it but may change their attitude.

i agree with K. C. Suresh
