dear sir,
MY hearing of 2-nd appeal to CIC.new-delhi was on 11/12/09.as i sought the information under rti from the guru ghasidas central university in which many employees and officers of Railways persuing full-time LLB courses that too without the permission of their employers. The university was failed to provide the authentic information and no doubt the order of 2nd applel will be in my favour only.just i am preparing for this 2nd appeal and i want to know the rule and regulation as per the norms of UGC & BCI to persue full time 3 yr LLB courses.

It shall be better if you go through the BCI Rules deeply. The rules are available online.
